POSITION  OVERVIEW

Creation of designs and graphic assets representative of AJ 's brand values. Playing a crucial role in the visual design formulation and creation process and staying ahead of the curve with current trends. Solving information design challenges and adding clarity to AJ 's array of output. Provide leadership, support, train and counsel creative team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Juggle the work of multiple motion graphic projects simultaneously

Work well in collaborative, dynamic teams of producers and editors 3 Ability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to projects Create 2D and 3D custom animated graphics for social media platforms

Collaborate with the rest of creative and development teams to make visually compelling content

Step into the storyboarding and graphic design process when needed

Conceptualize and create content in a creatively driven environment

Produce supporting assets when necessary

Follow directions carefully

Take creative approaches to illustrating concepts

Work well in a collaborative, creative environment

Optimize, organize and prepare project files

Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Manage multiple projects at any given time

Capture, edit, and integrate live-action footage into motion pieces

Stay up to date with current software and design trends

Remain up to date on the latest developments in the field, including involvement with design organisations.

rEQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably, Bachelor degree in Digital video production, film, mass communication, multimedia arts or other related field.

Advanced knowledge of motion and still graphics software and hardware

Knowledge of contemporary designs, trends and issues

Knowledge of standard illustration and graphic design tools and software

Knowledge of production workflows and digital media design platforms

Education & Experience

5 years editing (Minimum Required Relevant Experience: 5 year(s)
